Plate Relocate AU kits are sold and fulfilled through our authorised retail distributor. Returns, refunds, and change-of-mind requests are handled directly by the distributor in accordance with their own returns policy — please contact them first with your order details.
All Plate Relocate AU bracket systems carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If your distributor is unable to resolve a hardware fault, contact us directly at support@platerelocate.au with your order details and photos of the issue.
Warranty Exclusions: Any form of misuse or accidental damage is not covered by Plate Relocate AU. Furthermore, our products are designed to be fastened using only the included hex key. The use of power tools will void your warranty and may damage the product.
Mandatory Australian Consumer Law Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
